Legitimacy question on 2016 Lesotho 5 Maloti & 2010 Namibia 10 Dollars

I recently got these coins from a notable German seller from eBay and tried to check for its details. All references online say that both coins consist of non-magnetic metals (brass, CuNi, etc.). Although, when I tested it; both are very magnetic which indicates they are steel. Dimension-wise, both coins are correct in weight, diameter, and thickness, except for the Namibian coin which is 0.1mm less than the stated diameter and 0.15g lighter than the stated weight online.

2016 Lesotho 5 LSL - N#96197

I would like to ask for help from those who have these coins in their possession if some coins are made of steel. Any help would be appreciated 🙏. Thanks!

I have the Namibian 10$, and when I added it to my collection somewhere in 2011, I recorded the composition in my Excel sheet as “brass plated steel in copper-nickel plated steel” (i.e. core in ring). I have no idea where I got that from, probably Numista, where it now says something different.

It's very magnetic, indeed.

Thank you very much for your insight! This helps lessen my confusion about the Namibian one. It is kinda nervous for me seeing every other source say what is against what we really have. Thanks for your insight!! :)
