ID of this mysterious coin! [solved]

I have this silver coin in my collection, guessing a Indo-Scythian fractional Drachma, but it is really very small and weighing exactly 2.02 grams. Can anyone please let me know the proper denomination, ruler's name, mint name and exact matches on Zeno or any other platforms (links). Thanking you all for going through this beautiful specimen :)
