Av poete henri simon ses amis 1924

I can not find a lot of info on this piece. There are some bronze versions documented but i can not find anything that looks like mine . The weight is 96.9 grams, is 60mm diameter and the side is mostly 2mm thick except on the bottom  where the marking is is 5mm thick. I also can not find anything on the stamp on the last pic. Does anyone know more about this ?

Luckily some of the medals entered into Numista included all of the inscriptions. I believe the CP is for this mint.
