when I seatch : https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?se=8572&p=1
some of the coins are put in the ECU-section AND others within the ‘unspecified currency’-section.
some countries are using both sections!
This was caused by a bug, but it has been corrected. https://en.numista.com/forum/topic173600.html

In mine mind the ‘unspecified currency’ would be the section wherein those coins belongs to.
hopefully someone can change it for all countries!
These items are fantasy coins, and fantasy coins have currency and denomination (see Xeros https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?r=&st=147-150-149&cat=y&im1=&im2=&ru=&ie=&ca=3&no=&v=&cu=10680&dn=&a=&dg=&i=&b=&m=&f=&t=&t2=&w=&mt=&u=&g=&c=&wi=&sw= for example).
The ECU fantasy coins whose issuer is a country (Austria, Belgium...) have assigned the ECU currency, but the Eurozone issuer does not. This is the reason why their fantasy coins have “Unspecified currency”.
The ECU currency should be added to the Eurozone issuer
- Title (EN): ECU (1979-1999)
- Alternative names (EN): European Currency Unit
- Subdivisions (EN): 1 ECU = 100 Centecu
and indicate this is the same currency that other ECU currencies. https://en.numista.com/forum/topic62094.html#p1310574
