Newby - Adding a set to my collection

Hi, I am new to the site and am starting to add my coins to build my collection. Pretty random coin purchases, basic starter stuff and I have made a few rooky errors when buying, but every day is a school day!

I have a 14 piece cook islands 40th anniversary Star Wars empire strikes back set and I can see the individual coins in the catalogue but not the set. How do I enter the set in “my collection”?

Thanks in advance for the help.

14 coins sounds like a lot of items for a set. Is it an official set (as official as these sand bank country issues can be) and was sold from the issuer that way or is it just a cardboard you can insert your coins in?

If it's the former you would need to add that set to the catalog then. Go to a page that is contained in the set and click at the bottom on the link ‘Register a set with this type’. Enter all the relevant data and hit send. Then wait if it gets validated or not.

Hi Idolenz,

Yes, it is an official  set.

I will follow your instructions and let you know if I have any problems.

Thanks. Ian

I don't see anything in those pictures that indicate this was put out by the Cook Island government. Is there a Certificate of Authorization from the Cook Island Government?

Edit: I see it has been approved already.  https://en.numista.com/catalogue/set.php?id=5083 Set produced under licence by TheKoinClub. No mention of any involvement by the Cook Island government.

I was not going to enter them, but then a saw the individual coins already in the catalogue and thought the set should be too. Here is no COA from the Cook Islands with these, or any of there coins that I can see.
