Hello, I am trying to put a medal commemorating Jón sigurðsson on numista but the ruling committee is Hrafnseyri committee which is not available on numista, but they are responsible for the medal,

This would be issuing entity, but only if it is mentioned on the item itself. Otherwise, feel free to simply add it to Iceland.
