If one of those year lines are removed, will the users who had it listed be automatically moved to the other year line?

Yes, Admins move users to remaining line in this kind of requests.

 

@Jarcek 

This is not yet done: one line without users was delated but two other lines are still to be merged. As far as I know, these coins were issued only in sets as BUNC coins.
