Byzantine or Arab Byzantine?? Help!! [solved]

The rough dimensions of this coin are 14x26 mm and it weighs 2.8 g and the angle depends on the interpretation, mine is shown.   The reverse seems like it could be a standing caliph,  but I have never seen that type of obverse/reverse match.  Help!
