why they decided its a 20 rouble coin…? please advice if someone knows,

They probably read 20 GR as 20 RUB

if its true its a very big embarrassment to the Krause Michael katalog. it was more than the bible for me.

At least, now i have all the countries that minted coins in the 20th century…
