Is it not that then - looks like it - or similar?

The lettering reads North South West East directions.

then R E X in between plus four dots in the other quarter.

The other side has most of this lettering

N#311092

 Reverse
Short cross pattée with pellets in each quarter within inner circle, legend around.

Script: Latin

Lettering: + EB ·:· IΛI ·:· CEC ·:· IVI

Translation: City of York.

 Also this - N#311091

EB ?ΛI CEC IVI  and others at the top -

could be TAS there making it CIVITAS lettering.

The ? looks like R so altogether

EBRAICE CIVITAS =  City of York

 This is almost similar

Lettering only EBIAICE CIVITA not EBRAICE CIVITAS
