Belgium 2 Euro 2006 - Major Mint Error: King Albert II Monogram "A" Partly Missi

Hello everyone,

I have a Belgium 2 Euro coin from 2006. While comparing it with a standard 2006 coin and official catalog images, I noticed a significant mint error on the obverse side.

The King Albert II royal monogram (the letter "A" and the crown above it) is partly missing/faint. The "A" is only half-visible, and the metal surface where the rest of the letter should be is flat and smooth. The rest of the coin (the portrait and the map on the reverse) seems normal.

Is this a "Filled Die" (Gefüllter Stempel) error or a "Weak Strike"? How rare is this variation for the year 2006?

Thank you for your expertise!https://www.historia-hamburg.de/belgien-2-euro-2006-bfr-koenig-albert-ii.html
