1837 William IV halfpenny with a die rotation error

I have an 1837 William IV halfpenny with a die rotation error.

I’ve photographed Britannia upright and rotated the coin exactly perpendicular for the photo of the obverse with William and it’s about 12 degrees off.

How rare is this?

And does it add value to the coin?

Any help much appreciated.
