Roman coin 2 [solved]

Hello, last time I had an idea of what I was looking for because it was distinct enough. But this time I'm not to sure. Any ideas what this is?

 Second picture has IVNO REGINA lettering. 

Juno, draped, standing left, holding patera in right hand and sceptre in left hand.
