Hi, are you sure it's a silver coin ? I may be wrong but I think this is an aluminium token : N#379269

For the value, I can't help, I don't know much about tokens but the value is far less if not silver, that's for sure. Some better pictures can help as well as the weight and size.

 That portrait looks like a cartoon - nothing like the real portrait.
