Please add auction house: Dr. Busso Peus Nachf. to this list of auction houses

Hello,
Dr. Busso Peus Nachfolger in Frankfurt am Main, Germany recently had a fairly notable auction of Dr. Fritz Reiff's collection. I would like to add some of the coin sales data and images but I can't find  Dr. Busso Peus Nachfolger as one of the auction houses and it's a required field. Would someone with admin rights please assist me in having it added. Founded. in 1870, it's one of the oldest active numismatic auction houses in the world.

I don't see them in the list of approved sources do you have their written permission for Numista to use their images and auction data? If yes, open a new thread about adding a new image source in the coin banknote or exonumia catalog forum, add the email (or send it to the post master address or an admin directly) and add that the auctions should be added too.

“Do you have their written permission”? Their data is posted online and already appears on https://www.coinarchives.com/. The answer of course is no, I don't have a signed and dated statement from the auction house that Numista cite their publicly available statements and there is no need to. You don't need someone's permission to quote what they have said and posted on their website or social media account. Plus this data is already recirculating on coinarchives.com/ so it's obviously not an issue.

Then you obviously don't know how numista works.

Welcome to Numista!

Numista honors international copyright law.  If you google that term, you will see that the producer of those photos has ownership rights, and anyone else who wants to use them must obtain permission.  coinarchives.com has permission.  Numista does not.

Dear …

Thank you for your request but Dr. Bernheimer will not give the permission to use photos.

Yours sincerely

Mit freundlichen Grüßen

If you wish to add a coin to the catalog and the only photo you can find is from a Gerhard Hirsch auction, you can create the listing without a photo, and refer to the auction in the Comments field so that other users will be able to see an image of the coin.

I can sympathize with you that occasionally the only (or at least the best) photo of a certain coin is from one of their auctions.

Nasty

Ok, I agree that usage of their photos would require their consent however including the sales data does not. Therefore I would like to have Dr. Busso Peus Nachf. added to the list of auction houses on Numista so i can include their recent sales of specific coins WITHOUT their images.
