Split 2001 notes from this page? (Russia 10 Roubles)

Today I got a 2001 note from this series. I found that it has no security thread at all, see here the backlight scan of a 2001 note:

Here is the 2004:

I checked the UV activity and that is different also. The 2001 note has a “fake” security thread in UV ink and a very bright 10 on the note where the 2004 doesn't have this.

Are these differences enough to split 2001 into its own page?

In my opinion, the 2001 modification notes should be placed with the original 1997s, since the design itself doesn't change, only the UV. Since the 2004 modifications add the area of moiré on the obverses, they should be their own pages.

I had not noticed that! I put the notes through Image Compare and it is obvious. Also the lower left ten on the obverse is a different colour, that maybe explains why it differs under UV also. Here are the 2001 and 2004 notes in animated GIF:
