Size and metal of the coin

Can someone help me understand what is exact size of this coin? somewhere it is written as 32 mm and at some places they mention16 mm.

Also, is it Nickel-silver or Copper-nickel-zinc??

It is the same thing. “Nickel silver” alloy does not contain silver in it. It is 60% copper, 20% nickel and 20% zinc as per wikipedia.
