My first post! Help me fully identify the roman coin! [solved]

Hello beautiful people from Numista. This is my first post here as I've started collecting roman coins for 6 month or so.

I've made a purchase at a flea market of a rugged coin, I believe it is Hadrian, a sestersius? Can you help me identify it?
