Image search has produced nothing that looks like this. Although rubbed I am hoping there is enough there that some can identify it.  Is is 26mm dia and weighs 2.64g.

Thanks for that.  I will get it shot with an XRF to find the silver content as that seems to be the distinction between the different options

It could be Prague Grosh minted by Wenceslaw Tercius.
