I come to seek more information about these coins or similar coins. So far I own these two coins listed above, and have purchased a third variant and have a lead on a 4th. To my understanding these coins were privately minted for West Yellowstone/Montana clubs, organizations or businesses. 

I have run through the end of my googling skills and can find no more information about them. I have reached out to the Yellowstone Park information center about them, as well as Federation Fly Fisher organization because I believe them to have a new design I currently do not have. 

Does anyone know, or can find where they were made or why? How many total designs are out there? I have been unable to find any history on them other than a few rough photos.

Have you tried Newman Numismatic Portal? Unless you are a member of ANS, Coin World will not be visible to you. But many other items are.

I searched and got 3100+ hits off the link below. May not help but just a suggestion.

I checked Montana book by Roy Rubick. He did not list items like these in his book.

Unfortunately I am not a coin world /ANS member.  And whats worse is that the scanned pages in your search results look to be about the coins I am searching for. Many of the pages featuring the bison on the left hand side of the coin facing right. I dont have the funds to currently become a member of ANS so might need to bookmark and come back to that or find someone who is and ask to request a scan of the documents.
