I obtained this item from a market but am unsure what it is. I can't make out the writing, and the markings on the surface are a bit strange. Can anyone help me identify it, please?

Not only that. I could see the pictures but first I had to change a list on a pop-up to avoid accepting a lot of cookies. So that's not the way you should show pictures. Do it next time like ZacUK says.
