Looks like cheated again

I had a swap agreed with one blank.  She agreed to post by registered. I had sent and she received the coins and confirmed the same to me. Now I have not received her coins for 6 months and she does not respond. The tracking shows the coins are received at some post office in Chile and later no further news.

Request members to be careful about this member; it might not be her fault, but I want to be sure.

I had the same situation, the package was sent but there was no notification that it arrived. I went to the post office with the tracking number and the package was there.

Singapore post are know to be well working and generally they don't keep any post especially registered posts. In fact it never left Chile. The irony is the lady replied a couple of times that she will check with local post and advise me. Now she stopped replying. She has another confirmed swap from another numista member.
