It was the notes of USSR. In the beginning of 1990's the government of Transnistria stick their stamps on these notes. And it became the notes of Transnistria. Now it's really hard to find such notes!!!

 I have several for swap or sell!

how to know they are authentic, maybe later someone put those stamps on ordinary Russian notes, or they are special stamps?
