It's a Blanca (=1/2 Maravedi) minted in Seville (see the two letters S), my city. The ·X· on top of both sides is the mark of an unknown official who worked between 1520-1524, so the coin is from Charles V period. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces45119.html

Quote: glorkarWould it be prudent to add to the description of the monogram "crown" and "anchor"? Would make coins like this much simpler to find in the future.
"Crowned monogram" added to description.
The monograms are a stylized "F" (for Ferdinand) and an artistic "Y" (for Ysabella).
In Tony's coin the upper half of the "F" is very worn. There isn't any anchor.

The coin is my property but has yet to arrive, I should have it by this time next week. It would be no problem changing the pictures, however I will post better pictures once arrived.
