First question is - the first page also lists 2009 which is already in KM#68 so is this an error?
Second question is - as the first coin has medal alignment (which is correct as I have one of these) did the   mint reverse the alignment for the second coin, or should it be listed as medal like the first one?

All Pakistani coins are in medallic alignment.

I'm not aware of any Pakistani coins in coinage alignment turning up,unless they are error coins caused by someone at the Pakistani Mint in Lahore aligning the dies incorrectly.

That is what I thought as well. Which is why I asked for someone on the site to unlock it and change it to medal (once someone had checked). So thanks for confirming my thoughts, and hope it will be amended.
 I have 28 other queries I wish to point out, but not sure how to send my saved list (I type them on a spreadsheet as I find them) as it is so long. I am not sure whether I am liked on this site, judging by some of the reponses to questions I have raised recently - when all I am trying to do is make the site better than it already it is. Maybe it is me reading things the wrong way. So, anyone of the Admin team, how can I report my list without (apparently) getting told off - or even how can I join your team so I can change them myself. Most on my list are trivial anyway such as spelling, or slight size or weight changes.

Concerning your notice about egypt coins: I need more information before I (or we) can edit coins
that catalogs have in a different way. We just have to make sure the data is complete and correct if
we change it away from catalog data.
I will look into Pakistan right now

edit: I found 3 modern pakistani coins with coin alignment. I changed them now - because other modern
had medal alignment - so it seems that this is corrected now. If anybody likes to check his/her coins if
the alignment is now like it should be - that would be great
