I was thinking Ottoman Empire / Egypt, but I cannot find it in the catalog using the value/date on the coin.

Seems too worn to identify. East Asian of some sort.

What are the diameters of the coins?

The date on the top one is ١٣٢٧ with mint mark ٢, so I would guess it is from 1910.

The bottom one is a 1 Rupee - Tribhuvana Bir Bikram from Nepal
