Your regnal year is 27
And the right one looks a fantasy coin.
Thanks! I should have included the size and weight, 20mm and 1.6gr. I think I found it once you'd identified it as Ottoman:
20 Para, Mahmud II 1296 (1834)

Check out this for a coincidence:

What are the chances of two people having a conversation about a coin and being the only ones out of 30,000+ members to have it for exchange?

Though in Romania, Ottoman coins are not very rare. :)
Maybe the reason is, there was no "official/unified" Romanian Kingdom there yet, but Ottoman Empire there at that time, and hence its official coins circulating around :)  :°  :°  :°  :°

Interestingly there are a lot of 19th century Romanian coins around in Turkey, I got some 1867 bronze banis very cheaply from my local flea market; but it may do with modern trade. But I have also seen some 19th century Romanian silver holed and used as costume decorations together with Ottoman coins here, so I beleive Romanian silver did arrive here in those times.
