1934-1935 German 5 Reichsmark

I have a 1934 J 5 reichsmark, and a 1935 A 5 Reichsmark.  My question is that the lettering around the edge, one is upside down.  Is that normal?   Like, when I put them side by side, I have to put Eagle to Eagle, or building to build, and almost 180 degrees rotated.  So potsdam building on one side facing down, and on other side facing up, if they were to be held together.
Just curious if different mints, or years stamped the rim differntly.

The lettering I'm talking about is
"Gemeinnutz geht vor Eisennutz"

I have added "edge lettering Position A" and "edge lettering Position B"-varieties to the sheet.
