Hi, I've got this coin or token, I don't now, but I think it's token because it's made of Iron (alloy).
I think it is a reproduction of currency or Etruscan grace.. from Paustum(SA) Italy (Greek former municipality, see Poseidon - Greece).
I do not know if the figure represented is a man or a demon face.
