savebox problem – Numista

hello
there is some change in the format of my inbox and it now doesn't shows my saved messages.
and also the facility to reply to a message is no longer available.
please correct this problem as soon as possible.

There is still an answer-button : click on the pencil

in the header of the message you want to reply.

I'm sorry for the saved messages you don't find anymore. I had troubles while transferring the messages from the old to the new system.
So I've just transferred again. Tell me if all your messages are now shown.

The new PM-system has been built in order to be friendlier and easier to use. For instance, you can now visualize all your conversation with another member. What could be improved for you?

Can you cite one message that don't appear please? It would help me to find these disappeared messages. You may contact me by PM if you prefer.

as such it is not easy to cite a particular message.
but,i think there are quite a few which have been lost.
i would advice you to format the inbox to the earlier settings,that was much better than the one now been used.

I have checked one more time and I really think that all messages have been transferred.

What don't you like in the new inbox?
As far I've received 2 feedbacks: yours and an other which was really favourable.

the problem is that now one can't access the saved messages differently and also can't view the messages which are yet to be read by the other person.

Messages which are yet to be read by the other person are now marked differently:

instead of

.

I'm OK to create a savebox. Do you prefer a unique savebox or two (one for sent messages and one for received messages)?

two saveboxes will be preffered over a single one as it is easier to access and more messages can be saved then.

Why are two savebox easier to access than a single one?
There is no need for a second savebox to store more messages: the new boxes don't have a size limit.
