I think it's unc but doesn't matter show me yours if you want
Well, looking at the coin, it is not unc. It's about AU to XF. Because of the starches. But I would not want to argue on this matter. Why?
The coin is minted in 1882. We do not know how the coins of that time is been minted or who minted it and how was the process. If the coin comes out of mint in this condition, then it is a post mint damage. So I would not want to argue on this unless someone shows some article and says hey, this is the way they were minted and so on. So enjoy the coin while you still have it.

To seek for perfection, it is too painful and there is a very high price to pay. To seek for something comfortable is more easy. To seek for nothing is even more easy.
Probably one of my Victorian Maundy coins? (I'm too lazy to go through my entire collection )
Edit: No, Hang on, it might be my 1782 Riksdaler; although that would be UNC Details due to the scratches on the crown and bust (the ones on the rim are adjustment marks):
Not old, rare or that collectable. Cupro Nickel dollar coins of Hong Kong are a dime a dozen in VF and EF state and even AU, but in glorius MS64 or more, they are pretty rare in my opinion. Take a look at these two.
The 1960 is a stunner, sharp and fresh edges and amazing mint bloom, the 1970 is pretty nice too, seriously when was the last time you saw a circulation piece this sharp. The edges are so sharp I nearly cut my fingers on it. The coin was in a lot of junk and cost me the equivalent of 5 cents.
Going back in time is this 1933 Farthing of the UK.
If this thing is not UNC, it must be very high AU (like 55 or 58 slider), the bloom and luster on it blow me away, a magnificent piece of Depression era cheer.

My oldest coins I think may be UNC are these base silver Russian Empire coins from 1915
Both have very sharp detail and an amazing mint bloom, they are very small though (The 10 kopeck is 17mm in size, 2.5mm larger than the teensy 5 kopeck). These have to be at least AU and could be BU. I can't see any wear on them, but some Pernickety Peter may come along and spot a miniscule amount of wear.
These coins are 104 years old and look like they came out of the mint at Petrograd yesterday. Most Russian silver I see is worn to death. They must have been salted away by someone fleeing Commies in 1917/18 to be this nice.
ON REFLECTION - The 10 kopeck may have a bit of wear on the crown and the lettering and I have decided its probably a decent EF to AU, but the 20 Kopeck is a stunner.

200 years old and it came out of the mint last week. This may be high AU as genuine UNC for a coin this old is unheard of.
My oldest truly AU coin is this
Its a slightly poor strike, and the photo hides the lustre, but this is as is honestly good as a tiny silver coin from 262 years ago gets.
No disputes on condition for this one
Truly UNC and truly rare 1864 Maundy Penny. Even still has cameo.

Honestly, I'm not sure if it's completely UNC, but it's in an extremely good condition considering its age of about 1610 years old, so this would be my pick for my oldest UNC coin: N#116666
That coin looks UNC to me, the high rim and the fact I can not see any wear, you can even see Concord has nipples!
Its much better than the coin on the link page - great work, its about 1350 years older than my George III coin!

I'm still not too pleased with the picture itself. I find it very difficult to get good pictures of coins, but would it be worth to send in a change request even with the low quality of the pictures themselves?
