Got this token.
It`s a token of 35th anniversary of "public service" in Romainville. The French commune in the eastern suburbs of Paris, France.

I think it is a "labor medal" awarded to a municipal employee after 35 years of work "in the service of the people."
This type of medal was often given at the time of retiring.

I think it`s a problem, because I`m living in Ukraine and Don`t know french...

Interesting what kind of work "in the service of the people" should be to get this token.

It's good I find other informations !

In fact, it's a city token to celebrate the thirty fifth anniversary of the city.
The city has not created in 1935 but they open school, a dispensary and many others infrastructures to help people.

So... I think it's a token for all people living in this city.
it must be the municipality that gave these tokens, probably every 15 years
