Importation d'un fichier Excel ou autre pour un update rapide de "ma Collection"/ Import From excel or else to remotely prepare the upload

Bonjour Je n'ai découvert que récemment Numista alors que je collectionne depuis longtemps et possède une relativement grosse collection (> à 5200 pièces) et de dizaine de millier ! de pièces disponibles à l'échange.

Etant encore en activité je n'ai que peu de temps a consacrer à l'entrée des toutes mes pièces en live (donc connecté) et si la fonction export vers Excel est parfaite, je me demandais (j'ai chercher sur le site sans succès) si une fonction Import existait soit d'Excel soit en sauvant le listing par pays en tant que page HTML et les réinjectant après les avoir complétées à loisir sans être connecté.
Quelqu’un a t'il trouver le truc ?

Hello, I discovered the Numista concept only recently while I'm collecting coins since many years and have a relatively big collection (over 5,200 coins) and tens of thousand of coins ready to be exchanged. As I'm not yet retired, I can't spend easily the huge amount of time necessary to input all those coins. The export to Excel function is perfect but I looked with no success for an "Import" function allowing the remote and easy preparation of a listing to update in one go "my collection". This import either from excel or from HTML page of the whole listing per country that could be re-injected one way or another.
Did someone found a way ?

Il n'existe pas d'import depuis Excel, et ce n'est pas sur ma todo-liste.

Un tel import me parait difficile à mettre en pratique, puisqu'il n'existe pas de standard pour lister sa collection sur Excel, et que le découpage entre les différents pays et les différents types de pièces varie entre Numista et d'autres sources. Pour fonctionner correctement, le fichier Excel à importer devrait donc être créé spécialement pour Numista. Il me parait plus pratique de saisir sa collection directement sur le site.

Pour saisir votre collection plus rapidement, activez de "saisie rapide" sur les pages de résultats du catalogue. Vous pourrez alors enregistrer votre collection directement depuis ces pages, sans avoir à ouvrir la page de chaque pièce.

And what about export xls file of all (wish list) coins from catalogue, with my coins. And allow this xls file import back ?

You can add coins to collection offline, and then upload xls and update online database. It is some kind of backup of the my collection list.

I prefer that updates are made online.
However, I plan to make an export tool for the the wish list.

yes, updates online are better. But there is not backup. Import xls file back it way, how to made collection at home, and next uplod it to web.

Just to add to this.  I wasn't sure what the long reply above from Xavier said, sorry but I don't understand very much French, so is it going to be possible in the future to import an excel list of my collection and swap list to Numista?

Would save a lot of time.  It would not take much for me to get my lists in to the same format used for the lists that export.
