dear friends,  I have a swap now in progress, and it contains  7 big crown-size  Egypt coins   and  1  russian silver. Im afraid to  send it from  Georgia, as here are too strong custom   control, and problems with big silvers  may be occur.
So I decided to send it from France . I found a friend who  will go to France, and she promised to send it from there to France.
My swap partner is more  French-speaking  as I understood, and  we have too slow and difficult communication. Finally he wrote me that  better to use   recoomended letter R2  ( Lettre Recommandé R2 avec accusé ). Well, but must  she  describe whats inside? is it problem in France to send silver coins via  Post?  Must she show them in the Post whats there inside of envelop?
Please give me details if someone know. I dont understand  French...
Thanks in advance.
best
David
Hi!

With this kind of sending, you won't have declarations to do, and you won't have to show what's inside.

Hope this helps.

thank you, I will  consider next time. I know  what is GOOGLE. I asked here  about   real help, and need information.  If you find unnececarry  or stupid  someones posts, just ignore them. Dont waste your time to read  and answer.   I think your sarcastic  answers are not neither  funny, nor ingenious.

. If I  dont know what is GOOGLE TRANSLATOR, his  answer is a`priori   nothing for me, as   GOOGLE is just a browser,  while the GOOGLE TRANSLATOR  is  absolutely another term, and absolutely  another  thing.  Then His  answer was  - answer just for answer.
If he  would  think about  real help,he would answer - use  GOOGLE TRANSLATOR  ( but not GOOGLE) .
But his answer was NOTHING and  really sarcastic .
Also:  I said, that  I have  a very slowly and difficult  communication with  my French  partner.   Have I wrote somewhere - " please help me to translate? "  I think - no. I asked about details to sendig expensive silver coins  in France by local Post. I think  that I declared my question quite forthrightly...

So, please be more  polite and patient .

And stop writing abusive posts about Donkeys and  Glory.  ( Google Translator in action)

Thanks again to monéphil  for real help in this topic and other members of French side    who helped me earlier with identifications in  early Morocco coinage.
best regards
Hi Dato,

don't be so rude, you were looking for help on the french forum, and you've found some i think.
Now, i know a little bit ALM, and his answer wasn't sarcastic at all!
When he said "use google", it implied "use google translator".
Otherwise, why using just google would help you to translate? It was easy to understand he meant "use google translator", because we're all french, and plenty of us don't speak english here and don't understand you!
Therefore, if you wanted us to understand you and if you wanted more answers, it would have been more appropriate for you to use an online translator like google translator in order to translate your request!

I can tell  - and i'm not the only one there - that ALM or alfa31 are polite and patient!
We always are happy to help people like you when it is possible, don't worry!  ;)

Have a nice day!

Bonsoir,

Ce "topic" est-il clos ou bien est-il encore possible de faire un commentaire? Merci

Hi, everybody. Is this topic solved? Or is it still possible to comment it?
Je ne collectionne que les euros, et notamment les commémoratives
C'est peut être comme en France quand on ne veux pas répondre à une question, on lui donne comme réponse "Google est ton ami" et du coup il a mal pris la réponse pourtant amical d'ALM.

dear friends,  sorry for disturbing You again.
As I said earlier,  our communication with swap partner is too slowly and difficulty. Maybe he is too busy..  and also, as I understand,  he use Google translator.

My friend sent him coins from  France, and postal stuff  said her that   he could receive a parcel  after day or  two.

after a big time of non-response,  he answered me this ( it seems he use Goggle translator)

hello,

I was on the go, I got home that night.
I look in the mail this morning when I received your coins.
desolated for this delay
best regards

Actually, I  read this text  about 100 times, but  cannot understand  has he  received  coins already, or not yet, and he will let me know  when he will find my  parcel in his maillbox?   :)  :)

Then, I wrote him this:

Bonjour!
Vous avez une pièce de monnaie?
Vous avez envoyé une lettre à l'adresse que je vous ai écrit?
