Hi Tom Tom,
beautiful gold coin. For me this coin looks AU 55 . AU means, this coin was in circulation for a short time and shows on high spots little ware. It can have very little scratches too, almost uncirculated.
There is a little ware around the head but no scratches or dents. Value 370$;  

I'd say XF as well.  Too much wear on the lower large feathers for AU IMO.

Book value $340, fair market value probably closer to $290.
