Coin Grade and Value

I would appreciate any help grading this coin.  I believe it is a 1959 10 Drachmai from Greece.  I tried to get the best pictures, but I do not have the best lighting.

I think it is XF-UNC. If it is XF then the book value is 2 dollars. However if it is UNC then it is worth 35 dollars.

Thank you for helping me.  I am going to hope it is closer to the UNC.  I know the BU value of 100 dollars would be a stretch.
