Sending coins from Serbia plus information for 2 swappers

I have a problem to send coins from Serbia to anyone.
reason:

If I want to swap with someone, I need to have a certificate of numismatic membership, cost 10 EUR, and I cannot send coins older than 50 years.

There is a 2 members from this site, Asimov37 and moneyer12, who still waiting for my coins.
Sorry guys, but It is a problem with a custom service.

But I also offered to send you a money for your coins you sent to me.
I got your coins and I will give you a positive comment.

Until I got written permission to send numismatic, you will need to wait, or I can send you the money anytime.

This is a public message to all, I am a serious collector, and participating in most of European numismatic fairs.

It is illegal to export coins from many countries (Kenya and Morocco for example) I just smuggled them out when I visited. Disguised coin packages sent by post should get through, unless they have VERY dilligent x-ray checks on the outgoing mail in Serbia?

That said, 10 EUR is nothing (well about three pints of beer here in the UK), so why not just buy the certificate?

Maybe,you just don't said it's coins. Just do a little lie like it's contain Pin or what?

In my country i do that, i know i can't ship coins to international,because they're not allowed to ship that coins. And my coins has arrived sucessfully..
