Can anyone help me identify this coin. It is 40mm and weighs 27,52 grams

I can not find it in Krauses World Coins

hijri - 1293 + 10 (regal year)

1303AH = 1885AD
10 Qirsh

It must be 20 Qirsh since the weight is almost 28 gramm and it is 40mm.
I just have a short question:
If it is 1293 + 10 is that not the year 1884AD?

possibly with the year, as the date system was working on 1st January and can be a day or two off, meaning it could be the previous year by one day.
