Other than that I've got nothing.

Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins
What started out as an intresting search for an intriguing coin turned to HORROR of the persian random civil copper coinage. But i'm getting ahead of myself.
At first i thought it was from the Caucasus region as deers are on some georgian or armenian coins and because i THINK i see a Van or Yerevan on one side of your coin. Nothing exactly like yours tho.
Then i found something close but not quite with the Amirs of Qunduz. http://www.zeno.ru/showgallery.php?cat=904
Look at some examples:

Again close, but still nothing.
Then i thought i should do the unthinkable, and look a bit at persian coins (which i really hate because of their randomness). I did find something close to your type in this picture, it's probably something similar to this: http://www.zeno.ru/showphoto.php?photo=33897
However, once again i realize why i hate persian coins - it's because every single city or village minted it's own coins and put whatever they want on it and the shah of Persia's authority (where it practically existed) only minted high value coins. You can look through here for the random coins made this way: http://www.zeno.ru/showgallery.php?cat=1476
I'm not going to look for this coin anymore, because of the possibility that it might be one of those civil copper coins.

Btw, this is the correct orientation of the arabic text.
