Commemorative - Archbishop Makarios - Cyprus

So i just acquired this coin: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces46896.html for about 0.50Euros from a junk bin. However there are some problems with it. First - it is only 24mm, not 24.55mm . And second, it is of Coin alignment, not Medal. The numista listing might be misleading tho, as this larger version: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces40631.html is listed as coin alignment. I'm sorry i cannot post a picture of my coin - my potato isn't cooperating.
But my question is, are there any known fakes of this coin ? Where can i find details on this token series ?

I am not sure, but I can say this does not seem like a token that would be faked commonly.

Found the Krause entry in the "Standard Catalog of Unusual World Coins". However it doesn't say much about their specifications. It gives the exact weight - however i don't have any good scales. All i can tell it's 7-8grams, not-magnetic, and silver-gold-ish in color.
