Correct Mint on Sassanid Drachm?

I recently picked up a Drachm from the Sassanian Empire and put in some time to research it to be able to correctly enter it into my collection.

And through some research of mint marks of the time to be a Veh-Ardashir (Seleucia) mint issue.

Basically I'm just wondering if I'm correct in my research or if not, help in determining what it really is.

My gut feeling is that the mint is WYH (Veh-Kavad) and not WH (Veh-Ardashir).  This can be seen in the Pavlahi inscription.  Read the inscription from right to left.  It should look like this:

You know what, now that I look at it, it really seems that it is the WYH (Veh-Kavad) mint mark rather than the WH (Veh-Ardashir). Thanks a lot Quant!
