It is coin of Muhammad Shah (Shahjahanabad mint) and seems quite real to me.
The name of the ruler and AH date is on the second image. The date is partially off the flan and can make out only AH11xx
The mint name is on the first image along with RY date which in this case is Shahjahanabad mint with RY#11. That makes the year AH1141 or AH1142
