Can anyone hear help grade this coin? (Philippine/US Administration Silver Peso 1905 S)

Hello all! I'm hoping if anyone can help grade this coin shown. Both the obverse and reverse are of the same coin (I merged the images together during the scan). I'm hoping someone out there can help verify its grade :)

I believe it should be catagorized as an XF/AU coin, but not sure. I believe it is cleaned in the past, but details shown very well conditioned. Any ideas? :)

Looks like its encased in plastic. One cant see if the scratches are on the coin or the plastic. One cant see the condition of the edges either, so I shouldn't like to venture an opinion.

The scratches are on the coin, perhaps bag marks? The edges of the coin is tarnished, but only lightly. Slight black tarnish can be visible in the reeds tho.

I would say XF, but I think  grading is personal. The one would say XF and another says VF / VF+
