Looks like a Tibet 1 sho coin. Their calendar is very hard to read. Good luck, and happy coin collecting.

I'm pretty sure it's 15-57. The 15 is on the reverse at 4:00 (looks like 7u) and the 57 is on the reverse at 10:00 (looks like uV).
