Would anyone know where it comes from and what it stands for?

For Yunda ( Cunda ) Island, I found a countermarked 40 para Ottoman Abdul Aziz . May be a clue ...

look very similar eventhough countermark letter is different

here is the otherside (20 paras 1277 Ottoman empire km 701)
