Token. Egypt? Libya? Sudan?

Aluminum token, just bought for $1
and I guess on the reverse there is word "Milliemes" .
70 Milliemes ?
Looks like Egypt-Libya-Sudan - UAR...?
or????

Cannot identify shield/ arms on the obverse.. probably arms of some kind of Military academy or so?

can't read what it says below the coat of arms from the pic ...

It's definately 70 millim/millièmes (the Arabic text reads "mlim"), but I can't make much of the obverse. I just see a few letter like A, L, T, LA, and maybe a M/H? I leave this to those who speak and read Arabic. I barely do that.

Milim - only one laam. IIRC only tunisia has it with one L.

That was ... less helpful than i thought Could have used more dots ! And what on earth are the last two "letters" !
Maybe i see: الجزرا which reads aljazira sorta !
Maybe البحر somewhere there - which means "sea" - maybe it's the coat of arms of ... a navy of a country ?

I got an answer on another forum: ( worldofcoins.eu) that this is a token from Egyptian air Force Buffet.
Member shown also another one. 100 milliemes token.
But he said that he cannot prove it. But token listed in his database as that one.

Not saying that's wrong, but here is the coat of arms of the Egyptean air force:

It doesn't seem to match, and neither do the words.
Also buffet is: بوفيه or canteen: مقصف
And i don't think i see either words on your token ...
