Please start all references to the index numbers of in the same way. Please take KM first and Y second as that are the most often used index numbers. By mixing up the order it also show incorrect in the "edit your collection" and I for one had to re index number my 2 by 2 cards which is messy. (see eg Luxembourg 1 franc (KM 55) shows as L 305.
Sometimes it's not an option though, as in the Canadian provinces I've been adding both Breton and Charlton's Canadian colonial tokens to the files to hopefully make it a better resource. I'm un- decided as to which to use as a primary though given that Breton often doesn't cover the variants. I'll keep playing with the area until myself and Galor are happy with it.

Use Breton for types and Charlton for varieties. On one page type you should have Breton, and for the comments you should have several Charlton varieties. For example in China - Empire, one FD# with many DH# varieties.
