Special Turkish token

Who can explain the reason to keep special article for the token
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces51489.html
with 20 mm and 5.15 g mass

separately from
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces23417.html

and not to include it into the second article? In this case it is enough to add these data into one more line, is not?

Or maybe the reason is that, there is difference between "Two ancors" in the first article and "Two anchors" in the second?

It's a duplicate page, one of them should be deleted.
It is not so simple.

1. The first article's token is not described in the second one.

2. The second article has personal notes of a referee in the years distribution apart of the size and mass.

I also believe it is duplicate - I would say that TK-0018: 5.23g 21 mm matches first coin sheet, but It would like someone from Turkey to tell us.
