I have just sent a correction to the Numista team since there are mistakes in the catalogue with regard to this coin.
As for buying it, I find it rather low grade, with few of the letters remaining, so I would spend my money on something else. But what matters is whether YOU like it. Buy what you like, unless it is overpriced of course. I would hope this is not expensive, but some provincial Roman coins (this is what it is) are quite rare as they were struck by individual cities (as here, Nicaea) for local/regional circulation.
