Yes its a earlier Western Kshahtrap coin but unfortunately the ruler's name is worn out.
The legend that I could read is "Mahakshatrapasa Rudrasenaputrasa Rajno Mahakshatrapasa" which means 'Mahakshatrap Rudrasena's son who is also a Mahakshatrap'.
So most likely the coin is of Bhartrdaman http://coinindia.com/galleries-bhartrdaman.html

They have given me great pleasure over the years and I have also enjoyed being part of the Numista community. I am however selling many of them off through ebay. Most of them going at very low starting bids.
